Our professional Signing Agents will set and/or confirm the signing appointment and deliver your documents directly to the borrower(s), at their convenience. All loan documents will be properly signed/initialed, dated, and notarized. If any concerns arise during a closing, our Signing Agents will call us directly from the table for clarification. If a borrower’s question is outside the scope of a Notary Public’s qualifications, the escrow or loan officer will be contacted by ENG immediately.
Upon completion of the signing, our clients are immediately notified and the documents are returned in accordance with any specific delivery instructions.
